Lake Deerwood Estates Property Owners Association is committed to maintaining the safety, appearance, and value of our community by enforcing the Association’s bylaws and restrictions. We wish to clarify that, in all matters of enforcement, the Association prioritizes compliance with current Texas state law and the Texas Property Code.
If a conflict arises between the Association’s governing documents and Texas law, the requirements of Texas law will take precedence. Our administration will continue to uphold community standards while ensuring that all actions are consistent with applicable state regulations.
